DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

 

I have done enough research at this point and I am sure a RAINBOW HOLLOW DACHSHUND is for my family and me. I understand that this is a LIFETIME Commitment and a pup is a social being and needs to live within a family or pack situation. In turn I agree to teach my pup with kind and gentle training techniques.      

 

I have enclosed my deposit of $_______.  If I am placing a deposit on an unborn litter or litter under five (5) weeks of age, a personal check is welcomed. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable. This is how sure I am that Rainbow Hollow is the breeder I want to obtain my puppy from. I also understand and agree that if my pup is female, I am obligated to spay her between 5-7 months of age. If male, between 6-9 months of age.

 

I am aware that I may pass on a litter if the right pup is not available or I am unable to take care of a pup or dog for any reason at the time one becomes available. I will of course remain on the list until I have received my pup.  

 

I am clear that unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, I do not have any breeding rights to this dog. If this dog is bred or transferred and later bred by a third party without Rainbow Hollow Dachshund’s written consent, I understand this will be considered a breech of contract and will be treated as such.
